About Blake

Blake Housley is the founding pastor of Journey Church in downtown Nashville, TN. With a passion for building community and helping people grow in their faith, Blake has dedicated his life to serve the Lord through the local church. His call to full-time vocational ministry began during his junior year of high school, and in 2009, he felt God place a burden on his heart to start a church. Blake spent over a decade on staff at Park Crest Baptist Church in Springfield, MO, from 2012 to 2024. Now, he is thrilled to pursue his calling in Nashville, where his heart for building faith-centered community and pointing people to Jesus Christ is coming to life through Journey Church.
