Sound Mind: A Biblical Perspective on Mental Health
Mental health is one of the most talked-about topics in our culture today. Anxiety, fear, stress, grief, loneliness, and uncertainty are realities that touch every one of us in different seasons of life. While the world offers countless opinions and solutions, what does God have to say? What does the Bible teach about our minds, our emotions, and where lasting hope is found?
In this five-week series, we'll discover what Scripture says about having a sound mind. Together, we'll explore how God renews our minds, how we can respond to anxiety and fear with faith, and how the Bible helps us navigate grief, loss, and unmet expectations. This series is not about ignoring the realities of mental health or pretending life is easy. Instead, we'll see how God's truth meets us in the middle of life's struggles and points us to lasting hope in Christ.
Whether you've wrestled with anxiety for years, you're walking through a season of loss, you're supporting someone you love, or you're simply curious about what the Bible says about mental health, this series is for you. You'll find practical biblical wisdom, honest conversations, and a welcoming community where you can ask questions and take your next step toward Jesus.
We'll conclude the series on Sunday, August 30, with a special live Q&A featuring a trusted biblical counselor. Throughout the month, you'll have opportunities to submit anonymous questions, and we'll spend our final evening addressing real-life topics from a biblical perspective. We would love for you to join us this August as we pursue the peace, wisdom, and sound mind that God desires for His people.
